Niyage: The Japanese Word for Frustrating Stores

Recent interactions with Niyage have been nothing but aggravating for me. Their website portrayed their infant and young girl's clothing and accessories as trendy and fashionable, but this was not the case. There wasn't much to choose from, and the things weren't what was advertised. Both the sizing and the quality of the materials utilized were off. It was clear that the corporation was ignoring customer needs in favor of saving money. It was already tough for me to complete my transaction because the checkout process was so complicated and time-consuming. Some of the products arrived broken because of inadequate packaging and a longer delivery time than estimated during shipment and handling. In general, I would not suggest Niyage to anyone in the market for trendy, high-quality children's clothing. It's obvious that there are more desirable alternatives given the low quality of the offered goods and the aggravating nature of the buying experience.

Pros
  • Kids' Shoes of the Highest Quality
Cons
  • There is room for improvement in the quality of certain products.
