Defective/Within Warranty Period
I change my rating / rarely write bad reviews But maybe this way I can get the seller's attention - the pulley came off while driving on the Autobahn, then the belt broke and then the radiator line came off π Does it have a 12 -month warranty, and I installed it about 10 months ago. I tried to contact the seller here but just got an automated reply saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. It's been 5 days and I haven't seen any messages or emails regarding my warranty. I just want my $$ back for now. I have already ordered a new one from the dealer. I am sending another warranty request today 3/8/21. Hopefully I can get help with this before the actual 12 months are up.
