My hair was falling out

I got this product from a TikTok review earlier this summer and I initially liked it because it made my hair really soft and smooth. But I started to notice that when using the conditioner, a lot of hair fell out. I felt like my hair was falling out and thought it was from stress. I started using new products to see if it changed my hair loss and it did! After not using this product for 1 week, my hair has stopped falling out! I haven't seen other hair loss reviews but unfortunately this happened to me.
