At best, it's a synthetic polyester blend. The sites were scared on several rolls, and the material itself looks cheap. If you're looking for disposable ribbons for kids art projects, these might be the way to go. I wouldn't recommend buying these if you intend to use them to make things like a gift or wreaths. They cheapen the appearance of what you use them for. I was so disappointed I asked for a refund. I will put the return on a better quality tape. I will never buy this brand again.
