Disappointing: quality product

The following was emailed to swtnvinsupport@sina.com (according to Revain support) but I never received a reply.*** *I received the radio from Revain and while I haven't noticed anything unusual about the packaging, I am concerned that it may be a refurbished/returned unit.1. Instead of the WiFi and GPS connections being rigidly attached to the back of the radio, they hang from a very thin 2-inch cable. The WiFi wasn't working and I noticed that the threaded connector was loose and I was able to plug the cable back into the connector and it seems to be working but it doesn't appear to be a solid connection. 2. The blue connector on the back of the radio for Aux/Video which I don't use is burned out so I just left it out of the radio.3. Hands-free calls seem to use the cheap built-in microphone on the front of the radio and people say they have a hard time hearing me speak. I thought it would use the existing microphone that is factory installed in the headliner above the driver's seat.4. The WiFi connection with my iPhones has to be established manually every time. I wish that when connected to the built-in USB port, it would at least automatically connect to the iPhone's hotspot shading feature like my laptops do, or via Bluetooth, by the way.5. There doesn't seem to be any instructions on how to download additional content or delete preloaded videos/songs as samples. And how to use "GPS map"? 6. The biggest disappointment is that I could only connect my iPhone via Bluetooth, and even after I disconnected mine, I cannot connect my wife's iPhone via Bluetooth. (Even the original factory radio supported multiple phones connected via Bluetooth, not just one.)7. Finally, when you first start the car, it seems to take quite a long time to load the Android operating system. ) I'll walk half the street before the radio starts playing.)
