Fingerprint reader NOT WORKING!

The case looks quite sturdy. Decent quality metal and some kind of rubberized material. However, I've tried everything I can think of but there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to get the fingerprint scanner to work with the glass that comes with this case. Wireless charging is also buggy. Sometimes it works, but at a much slower speed (I tried with 3 different wireless chargers).
