The ability for me as an owner/operator, not just employee, but also customer service representative (CSR), I can access my data from anywhere in the world with ease. It's very easy to navigate through it when you are new at using this software. There isn't much that I dislike about Kronnica. They have been great partners so far! We've had some minor issues here or there which they addressed immediately after we brought them up. Nothing major though. A few days ago one of their CSRs was out sick while working remotely during COVID-19 quarantine time. While waiting for him get back online, he sent us his notes via email instead of voice call like normal protocol would be. This didn’t bother me too much since everything could still be done over chat. But then later another incident happened where all employees were required to take offsales calls until further notice due to social distancing rules put into effect.
