I transferred this pack and have been playing since we got home from the hospital. We didn't use the cradle, but I didn't intend to use it either. It was quite difficult to put together at first, but once I did it stayed where it was supposed to be and seemed very solid. The changing table was the best feature haha. It was great for the first three months until I had to break it up and move. It was weird taking it apart, but I could, and as soon as I took it to the next room, it wouldn't put back together. I struggled with this for hours and nothing clicked or blocked. My friend tried for hours and we were both stumped. I don't know why it doesn't snap and snap into place but the pages just keep falling off and now I'm heartbroken because that's all my baby could sleep on. I bought a mattress specifically designed for this pack. and play and now I can't use this mattress in any old crib anymore. So I think it's a great set and play until you plan on moving it.
