I have bought this company's products before with no problems so since I powder my nails at home this type of file is a must. I bought the package with full expectation of giving a good review. Unfortunately, these files do not meet my expectations. As with any acrylic or dip nail file, you need to "seat" the edge of the nail file so you don't cut yourself when sanding the edges or around the cuticle. There was a light breeze. The less sandy side was really nice. The hard side has failed. It feels like it has been treated with some substance and I don't feel the abrasiveness that I should. Neither the polish nor the dip coat came off and I had to use the less grainy side for each nail. Unfortunately I will not buy again.
