I wax at home regularly, even before the pandemic. It's cheap, it saves you tons of time and money. The reason I bought this was warmer because I wanted to reduce the clutter of the previous traditional wax heater. On the contrary, this roller wax warmer reduced the epilation time to almost half an hour. The first heater had some issues with the heating plates that are inside the wax heater. Make sure you check yours first when it arrives. It doesn't work if the plates are broken. You must insert roller wax cartridges that you purchase separately. Once you charge it with the cartridges already installed, turn on the switch and the red light will come on. I usually wait at least 20-25 minutes for the wax to completely melt. There's no automatic switch, so you'll have to use your judgment when the wax is warm or try on a fresh strip of wax before applying it to your skin. This heater is also very easy to clean, I often notice wax residue on it. So I use rubbing alcohol for easy cleaning. I believe everyone in the wax industry needs something like this.
