I had these mugs once and liked them, they are guest mugs. When Revain had these on sale I decided to buy a dozen for the future. Unfortunately, Revain packaged them very poorly in an oversized box and then only filled the box halfway with airbags. eleven cups survived because they were properly bubble wrapped, but one was simply wrapped in a flimsy cellophane bag and did not survive delivery, bouncing around in a loose box. These cups are hard to break, they are very strong so whoever broke must have been hit pretty hard. It's also a pain having to invest the time and effort to get it back to get a refund. However, they can be picked up by UPS and returned for a refund. These cute mugs have been around for a while and I don't expect them to be around for long. They are very sophisticated and easy to hold thanks to the large handle. for someone with arthritis like me. Sp is a good mug for the elderly. Not to mention that it is simply beautiful to look at.
