Took less than three months.
The power cable in this housing is blunt, if you happen to have an OEM lamp housing, use the power cable from that one. I also noticed that my projector settings were skewed and I was having trouble achieving symmetry. However, the biggest problem with this lamp is that it lasts less than three months. The warranty stated on the description page does not result in an exchange with the seller, you must contact the manufacturer or Amazon.
