I love that all of my data is saved in one place (Hub), rather than spread out amongst multiple apps, email lists and other databases. As well, there's always something new to learn. Some features are a bit clunky and difficult to figure out. For example, sometimes it takes me a few tries before I realize what button to click. It's very user-friendly and intuitive. This is a great product if you're looking for a way to organize your business contacts and information. We use the Hub to manage our mailing list, schedule emails and send emails via MailChimp. The ability to save all of our contact info in one centralized location has been extremely helpful!
