The system is very user-friendly, which makes learning about it easier for new users to understand! I like that they have tutorials available so you can easily learn how things work without having an expert teach them directly in front of you (which would be awesome but not always possible).

There are also plenty videos online if needed. It's hard to find someone who knows all aspects within this program; however, there are many people with different skillsets who provide training through their website or via email/texting. We use foodai for our restaurant management software because we wanted something simple yet powerful to keep track of everything related to employee health records.
