I have 2 other ring lights and while they are good they are too big for a lot of things I need to do this smaller size is perfect It suits for photographing subjects on a table or floor and has a foldable mount that allows me to position the camera exactly where I want without having to adjust 3-4 knobs. The size makes it the best choice for many things. Yes, as most of my work is done on a table this was the perfect tool for lighting this type of subject and I can tweak the color to get the best look. I've used large rings, but if you're shooting something smaller than your hand with a subject that tends to light up the entire room, this is a MUCH better solution. find that it works better in many situations AND is much lighter and more portable. 5 stars for a great product.
