After using the baking set for a month, I am very satisfied with the quality. It is truly non-stick as it is coated with a protective material. The quality is very durable and after a month of use they still look like new. I usually use parchment paper on the baking sheet and then put it in the dishwasher. It's amazing how easy they are to clean! 7 pieces of baking utensils are definitely worth the money. Only thing is I want a mousse cake ring too, I want them to consider making an 8 piece set with a mousse cake maker.
