Not waterproof and has no holes for the passenger seat belt

Update 11/2020: I put my big dog in the back seat after the surgery and she had an accident and was urinating. I was okay with the fact that it's waterproof. When I remove the cover to wash I see pee on the seat. I made sure to remove it carefully so nothing falls on the seat but there was already urine on the seat. Not waterproof. I was disappointed that the liner only allowed me to have my dog in the back and not my kids, and also because there is no seat belt hole so I have to remove the liner for my kids to sit.
