Although I finally received my order after ordering twice, the first hair that never appeared was beautiful except that there was a lot of blonde at the ends. That's why I ordered from them, I didn't want blonde hair and it didn't look blonde in the picture either. Another problem, although the fabric is beautiful, they must stop misleading people. This hair will not submerge in water and will not style properly underwater. So better for Up Do's n Buns. My ponytail wasn't hanging down, wasn't lying straight, I had to gather it in a bun. And last but not least, when the custom packages are small. Please take 6 ok not 3 unless you use it once as almost 3 full ones were needed for the ponytail. So very disappointed that the color mix on the top wasn't finished. I ended up just putting it in a bun and hated the color the bun got, not the kind of blender I was looking for that was on the braided hair. Again, a word of caution: this hair has been heavily dipped throughout the period.
