Review on Cloudcraft by Marcelo Montalvo

I like that I can create my own custom dashboards from scratch using drag & drop tools instead of having to use predefined templates (which are difficult sometimes). It also makes it easy to add new services without needing additional software/tools. Sometimes when creating an app diagram in one workspace then dragging into another workspace there's some lag time before showing up so this could be improved. Also as mentioned above - if someone else has used this tool they will know how good its customer support is! We've been able to quickly build out our infrastructure planning process by allowing us to visualize workloads across multiple data centers, regions etc. This helps make sure we're not overprovisioning resources which would result in unnecessary costs down the road.
