I like that it is easy to use, has a lot of different features, and the customer support is fast and efficient. It can sometimes be difficult to navigate if you're not familiar with how the software works. Also, it isn't as intuitive as other programs for creating organizational structures. There are many different ways to create an organizational chart, but this program makes it easier than others. I am able to easily see who reports to whom, and also who they report to in turn. This makes it much easier to understand how things work within our organization.
