Three of the four ink tanks on the 250XL are defective and are not recognized by my printer. And I've only used a few of them, so there could be more. Bought in February and used a small colored tank. I was about to use the black tank and none of them work. This is unacceptable! and my "return window is closed". I really hope this company fixes this or I will continue to blast them everywhere I can for charging money for a faulty product. I understand that this happens, but they need to understand that they need to fix everything and I will give them such a chance. I'll update if and when I hear back.
