This stroller is almost perfect. It is compact and manoeuvrable. It doesn't feel cheap like some of the other strollers I've bought in the past. I used an Ibiyaya stroller to transport my blind 15 year old 9 lb papillon from our apartment to the first floor. The only reason this stroller didn't get 5 stars is the braking system. The stroller only has a brake on one of the rear wheels. Remember that the stroller can be pushed by gusty winds! Be very careful leaving the stroller when it is windy outside. I left the stroller with the brake on, but it was being pushed by the wind. Luckily my dog wasn't inside and a passerby grabbed the stroller before it got out onto the street. Apart from a small brake problem, the stroller is almost perfect and I am very happy with my purchase.
