ORIGINAL POSTRecevied my boards and immediately noticed that the molded rubber on the ends, is not at all as the pics illustrate - they are relatively flat. (see my pics) In particular the smaller they are, the flatter the boards, on both ends, which means these slip - very dangerous and not as advertised. For boards that have molded rubber ends, no reason anyone shoud settle for ones like this that slide so easily. I have requested a replacement and will post again to confirm whether its a design flaw, or just a production issue with the ones I received.FOLLOWUP POST:I returned the first boards and re-ordered again and received that second shipment. The issue seems to be a design flaw. The large board doesnt really slide, the medium board slides a little, and the small board slides a lot. I havent tested these otherwise, so cannot speak to durability. But I can say that hen you have rubber/silicone ends, and use the dishwasher, they will over time fall apart and/or separate. The purpose of having rubber/silicone ends is to kepe them from sliding. I will keep these at my rental home and continue to look for a better product.
