They have been placed on bushes in the sunniest part of my garden. At this time of year we have a lot of sun and only a few cloudy days. Solar panels don't seem to hold a charge. They turn on automatically at dusk and last about 2 hours before disappearing completely. I am extremely disappointed. I thought solar panels would help power the extension cords on my lawn, but the power just wasn't there. I should have checked the lights sooner as I bought them back in October and just kept them until it was time to install the lights. I bought it under warranty, I'm hoping for an exchange or refund.
