I can't say enough good things about these people! Received the watch strap very quickly. But when I put it on for the first time, I lost a screw from the connection. I thought it was tight and didn't check first. Guilty. have contacted her Very quick and polite reply. They sent me what I needed. So great these days. I really like the watch strap. It's nice to be able to easily switch bands of different colors. Much cheaper than Apple. Of course it's not the same quality, but good for what I want.
