Review on 🌬️ Noctua NF-A8 5V PWM: Premium Quiet Fan with USB Power Adaptor Cable - 80mm Brown 5V Version by Christopher Hicks

I bought this with an AC Infinity mounting plate. Installed on the back of a TV stand to blow hot air away from my PS4. Works perfectly. Not quiet". At full speed, the NF-A8 spins at 2200 rpm. No fan is silent at 2200 rpm, not even the Noctua. Due to the nature of the 5V USB adapter, it basically always runs at full speed. But it does exactly what I wanted; pulling the hot air emitted by the PS4 out of the case, making the PS4 run quieter/cooler. , low background noise. This fan has been running since the day I installed it 24/7 at full speed for almost a year with no problems.
