The best part about this system was seeing how many people actually took time out of there day, or even multiple days at times, just so they could go in an help someone else who needed them! It also helps with keeping track of employee hours worked which can be very confusing when you have different departments doing things differently (e.g., some don't use regular workdays).
I think there should've been more training offered before we started using our platform because not everyone knew what everything did right off-the bat. We used 3rd bridge as another form of communication tool between coworkers but sometimes had trouble getting through all channels from one person to get something done quickly.
