Overall cover is nice, a bit off but works. You can charge the case using either the back or the front of the cable. Note that some others do not allow a natural tail position. The base partially covers the mouse pad, which isn't a problem for me as I don't normally use it. This has the benefit of protecting the screen from sharp points on the base that are known to damage the SurfaceBook screen when closed suddenly. We'll see how it holds up, not sure about the faux leather, gave it 4 stars based on price. Would have given 5 stars on first impression if the price was around $50.
