Hook unstable over door
I was very disappointed with this product and was in dire need of a shoe rack to organize my shoes. I have too many shoes and not enough storage space. I thought this rack would help, but when I added the shoes, the rack couldn't support the weight of all the shoes stacked in it. A pair of shoes does not fit in a shoe box, but only one shoe if they are wedges or heels. So you're wasting space by limiting the number of shoes you can fit in it. The hooks buckle and slip out of the cheap plastic holes. Also because my bedroom door won't close! I think it's good for kids shoes or maybe just very light shoes because it can NOT handle heavy shoes. Consider returning the item!
