I bought this toy and my 2 year old son loves it. I unpacked it and put the batteries in for testing. The little noises it makes are fun, not scary. Even our dogs love LOL. It moves well and has a solid construction. You only need a small screwdriver to install the batteries, but it secures them well and keeps little hands away. I didn't see any small details that could cause problems. It's not meant for teething, but I didn't notice anything that could hurt. My son will of course be "in the mouth" like all children. Looks like a good toy. ADVANTAGES: - VERY exciting; My son loves it - the lights and music are nice and not too annoying - it's also a toy he returns to day after day which isn't the case with most toys we have. I think he's drawn to the fact that it's really cute and colorful (and musical). He also loves ball toys which is one of the reasons we chose this toy. This is a good little toy that you can easily take to your grandmother's or somewhere else; A lot of these toys are really big, but this one is very small, which is great. - the music isn't too loud and doesn't even have a loud setting (which I appreciate!); My baby likes to turn up the volume on all our toys on purpose and it drives me crazy. When it comes to baby products, there are a few things to look out for: (1) Non-Toxic: Baby will bite anything they can find, their hands, your legs, whatever you give them. rzunimag. Therefore, the toy must be non-toxic; (2) No Sharp Edges: For the same reason as above, the toy should be comfortable for baby's mouth. (3) Durability: self-explanatory. They have no idea what they're playing for, everything they see or hear is interesting. So let's evaluate this toy for the following reasons: (1) The toy is made of plastic. I have not yet seen my child bite a piece of this plastic so I would assume this is normal. However, it would be better if the manufacturer stated what is in the plastic; (2) As you can see from the picture, there are no sharp edges yet. All edges are rounded. It is good for baby's hands and mouth. (3) My child is quite active. One of the downsides of a not-so-sturdy toy is that it creates sharp edges if a piece falls. You should pay attention to this. (4) So far I haven't seen any signs of my child recognizing any of them, and that's to be expected. As long as he makes sounds, my baby is happy. lol. Overall: I would recommend this toy as one of your many collections. It's cheap, durable and suitable for children. That's enough for me. Delivery was great too. It arrived on time and well packaged. I really liked the whole process and the toy itself. Excellent purchase!
