My lady likes Irish Baileys Cream or Amaretto with Ice Cream. When we bought the new fridge it had an ice maker but no ice dispenser so there was no crushed ice like the previous fridge. Hence the purchase of this trio of mini ice cube trays. They're a great substitute for crushed ice, but it's more work than just pressing a crushed ice button. Small cubes are difficult to remove, but with three bowls there are enough cubes to easily fill a glass with crushed ice. Once in the glass, this is much better than crushed ice as mini-cubes last longer than crushed ice and therefore don't dilute the drink as much. Overall I have concluded that the extra work of removing the cubes and refilling the bowls is well worth it as the result is an excellent drink.
