Works and is suitable for a small dog!

This works - has a few settings and stops my dog from barking after a few barks. The best part is that it fits - some of them are huge, and this one is small enough that a 13-pound Jack Russell won't bother it. Also, the extra long strap can easily be adjusted, so although it looks really long just cut it off and then burn the ends in a small flame to seal the material!
