Makes my head so itchy and scaly

I have used them in my salon and lived through them. They weren't there the last time I was there so I decided to order online. The smell and texture seem to be the same, but there are no results. My head is SO itchy and full of dandruff and after taking a break from it I felt better. I used it again and the problem is back! So disappointed as it is not a cheap product.
