Whatever @wirecutter. This shower head failed for all the reasons already mentioned in the above pictures. It's made of plastic and the angle of the standard shower pipe is more than 45 degrees - even as shown in Moen's photo, it hits the shower wall before it reaches your torso. The magnet is so weak that the head fell off and my child took a bath when the hose was full of water. Mine probably figured it out and put some kind of plastic hook in it, but the angle of the magnet plate and hose is such that it all hits the wall before the maximum magnetic connection can be made, and a plastic sponge might help, this person says they twisted that whole head. Just stupid and now it's going in the trash when it landed on my 3 year old's head due to an untested design. Shower and water drainage otherwise excellent. But it's not worth the risk.
