Pros: At $50 it's a good buy compared to others that start at around $110. It's a good size, not big and clunky. Cozy. You can program function keys. Cons: No retroactive effect. The axis of rotation is not accurate or too sensitive. Suction cups don't stick well on a wooden table, it should be fixed better. In order for it to be a licensed Sony product, it has to work better with the games it was designed for. Conclusion: It's good for the money, it does what it's supposed to do, but you have to get used to how it works. I play it in Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition so I know it will take some getting used to. If you want something better then pay for the expensive ones but if you want to save until then buy this one.
