I contacted the seller, the seller requested a video of the product along with an explanation of the problem, I emailed 3 times with the video, the seller did not respond, the seller did not provide a solution to the problem of the defect Product. The customer support phone number on their website is not a valid phone number. Do not do business with this company! The product does not last very long, you only get 3 months warranty, the seller does not offer a solution for a defective item.
