Great case but does not fit tablet as advertised. Very loose fit, the tablet itself fell out of the case. ****Update, customer service is amazing! They saw my bad review and took it upon themselves to contact me via email. Back and forth after several messages and photos. I ended up buying the wrong case. I need it for Tab A not Tab E. They send me the right case for free! I am absolutely amazed at their willingness to fix things. Even if it was my fault! I would give them 5 stars but I want to see if the case fits my daughter's tablet as requested. ** It fits perfectly, love it!
