These exercise rings were delivered very quickly and even came with a nice carry case. The rings are very strong and strong as are the straps. The cam buckles hold the straps very well and I can only assume that those who have had problems are tying the straps incorrectly; I had no problems with slipping at all. I'm not afraid the straps won't hold me up when I'm deadlifting, dips, hanging or hanging dips and I weigh about 190 pounds. Marked altitude indicators on the straps (similar to EXF rings). This lets you make adjustments faster and more accurately, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Otherwise I have no complaints about this product but I made it a little better for me by purchasing two carabiners for the sole purpose of attaching straps to a fence for more difficult hanging exercises. They're also easier and quicker to hang up on the bar in the park, without having to pull the straps through the clamp buckles every time. In summary, Black Mountain Products is a great company and these exercise rings are perfect for my needs!
