These are nice casual/work pants. Cotton is more prone to wrinkling than synthetic, but it sturdier (resists snags) and drapes better (less clingy) than lightweight poly knit pants. The stretch fabric on these pants gives me a great range of motion, even though the pant legs are slimmer fit than I would like. I have athletic leg and these pants are skin-tight around the thighs, but I can still walk normally in these pants. The waistband also has some stretch, though if you are between sizes, I think you'll still be more comfortable buying the larger size.fyi - the "gray pinstripe" color is not really striped. See photo.
