Replacing requires patience
As previously mentioned, this bracelet does not come with replacement pins. I was able to use my old pins, which worked great. I've tried various tools to remove the pins and have found that using a small pocket knife blade along with a small pair of needle nose pliers is best. It took a bit of fiddling and patience but after a while I was able to remove and replace the straps and the new strap works fine but it's too long but it's easy to cut to the right length with a pair of sharp scissors.
