A great document storage platform and very helpful software
It helps me organize my case file, which makes it easy for anyone who needs information from that time period in order to make decisions or research later (ie: court records).
I like how you can create folders within your folder structure so if anything gets buried/lost under another filing system, you at least have an option of finding those files again! Sometimes there are issues with uploading documents into EMs but they do work out eventually; however sometimes this happens before one has even gotten around to looking through their files yet (and therefore not necessarily fixable until after they've found them!). Very useful tool - especially when working as part of a legal team where multiple people might be using different platforms to access similar pieces of data- saves having lots of paper copies lying about.

- Sometimes when uploading documents into an EM it doesn't recognize them, and it doesn't tell you exactly what it's missing
