My tortoise loves it - clear and balanced
My tortoise loves it. She has been a pet for over 40 years. It's more balanced and lower in fat than cooked ground beef (her favorite after earthworms). My turtle is not a big fan of vegetables so it needs a balanced diet. Since she was previously overweight (unable to fully retract her legs or head into her bowl), eating like this helped her stay in good shape. Because this food is hard, it also helps reduce the need to trim the beak as often. .
