I have been using this for awhile now on problem areas, and have noticed a bit of an improvement, so it seems to be working.slow. I would say that you need to use this at least twice a day as per the instructions, and don't expect miracles. The cream dispenses through the top; you give it a gentle (!) push or you will have too much come out at once. It doesn't have a lasting scent, so that is good, and it blends into your skin easily without being greasy. So far I am happy with it, and I would also purchase another jar once this one is gone.
