Mixed results, mixed feelings
I have mixed impressions of this gadget. It's solid but a little clunky. It does the job, not really. My main reason for getting it was for the thyme. Mixed results. The branches should be straight with no side branches and not too brittle. I haven't tried other herbs like parsley or basil, but I don't expect great results. In fact, thyme is arguably the most difficult thing to make by hand, which is why I got it but am not thrilled. The bonus cleaning brushes are a nice addition. respect of the producers.
- Easy to clean: User-friendly design for easy use, just insert the stem and pull through the hole, you can quickly and efficiently remove multiple leafy greens from the stem at once
