I love that you can have multiple people in one group which makes things easier when we are reviewing content together, but also allows for more members of our team to be involved if needed! The ability for us as an organization to assign tasks like writing reviews or creating new questions/topics really helps ease some workloads from other parts of our department who aren't familiar with these tools yet. It's not always intuitive how certain features work (i.e., adding tags) so there may need to be training provided by your vendor before using this tool effectively. We use it primarily during onboarding processes where clients come into our office for their first visit; however, once they become part of the process here at Vivid Life HQ, we continue utilizing them throughout all stages of client engagement.
