Reviewing Sharpty's online store was something I was looking forward to, but my expectations were immediately dashed. The cooking implements I was given seemed as though they were designed for fairies rather than humans. I called customer service, but it seems they were too preoccupied with their tea to address my issues. When I did hear back from them, it was just a computerized shrug of the shoulders. It would appear that they have a zero tolerance policy regarding defective goods. The only thing I could expect from Sharpty was disappointment, but I guess I should have known better. You'd be better off digging through the trash behind a high-end eatery if you're on the hunt for high-quality cooking implements.
