This is a decent antenna. I haven't actually measured antenna gain, input impedance, or radiation pattern, and have no intention of doing so. Connecting my WiFi router to a signal booster has maxed out the bars on my phone everywhere in my house. I use it for both 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz and the signal looks good on both. This is a good antenna if you intend to place it at one end of the house. good direction. I've been an antenna design engineer in the past and I don't think I could design a better antenna faster, easier or cheaper.
