I bought this bread set. I've been waiting for this order for a very long time. I was very happy when I received it, washed it and put the baking sheet in the oven to warm up. At a temperature of 260° I felt an unpleasant odor but thought it was because the pan was new. With a temperature of 360°, all the smoke alarms in my apartment went on and the smell was terrible. The manufacturer writes that the kit can withstand up to 500° (not 550°). But because of the terrible smell I couldn't check.
