Easy to use, very user friendly interface and allows us easy access to our media accounts. It's not possible to search for specific keywords or phrases within an account, but it is able to pull data from multiple sources at once. So if we want to know what people are talking about in different channels (Twitter / Facebook) we can easily view this all together when connected with one other source of information such as Google Analytics. We used MSC before so I am familiar with how things should work but there was no way that you could see and compare results across social networks like Twitter and Facebook. Now we have complete visibility into the conversations going on around our brand both online and offline which has helped drive new business opportunities and sales.
