Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

The software is a joke; the microphone module is the cheapest available (so the quality isn't great, and the bad software meant to improve it only makes things worse); the noise reduction feature doesn't work, and after some use it becomes warped and crooked; the device was clearly not made "for silence."

Pros

ZERO, I would never buy headphones from that company again.

Cons

I placed an off-site order and received the earbuds; when I asked about exchanging or returning them, they advised sending them in for diagnostics, so I did just that. The company I bought the gift from declined my return because "the packaging is damaged," which was the basis of my complaint.
